The birth of Her Alchemy was inspired by my own growth as a ambitious, artistic, rebellious soul who took crap - chronic illness, Lyme disease, depression, trauma - and turned it into GOLD:

I began my career in my early 20's as a freelance writer - I wrote about spirituality, wellness, and sexuality - and then as a Holistic Wellness Coach specializing in breathwork and meditation. I received my certification in Holistic Wellness Coaching through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, my certification as a Breathwork Facilitator through Revelation Breathwork, my certification as a Meditation Instructor through Anchor Meditation, and my certification as a Somatic Therapist through The Embody Lab. In 2020, my book was published. “Strange and Unusual Creatures” is about the journey I went on to heal my mind, body, and soul.
The values that Her Alchemy is rooted in and the teachings that I provide through my coaching are all of the ingredients it took for me to rise from the ashes, transform myself from the inside out, heal myself, step into the woman I came here to be, and rise in my leadership through birthing Her Alchemy - my business that sets my soul on fire on a daily basis and heals the world...one empowered, emboldened, fully alive, rebellious woman at a time.
As a Business, Intimacy + Leadership Mentor, I go deep with my clients so that they can rise high. I utilize a wide array of tools in my practice including somatic work, embodiment, Emotional Freedom Technique, and breathwork along with my unique style of transformational coaching and high-touch mentorship.

I am the woman I am today because of a multi-year dark night of the soul from the ages of 22-26. Those were the most transformational years of my life and they led me to where I am today.
I only teach what I have embodied myself. Embodied business ownership is the future of feminine business, and it’s the secret to real impact.
